The fabulous RuPaul selected Let’s Call Her Barbie for his March Book Club. This is one of those rare opportunities that an author dreams of. RuPaul has over 5 million followers on social media and to see him holding my book is simply thrilling! And get this—RuPaul and I will do an interview together to discuss the book! I have been on the road since January talking about Let’s Call Her Barbie and I’ve never had more fun. I walk into a room and there’s people wearing pink, people who have brought their Barbies along. Readers tell me this book has unlocked a flood of a childhood memories, which touches my heart. I can only hope that you’ll have as much fun reading about the history of Barbie as I had writing about it.
